How do you ensure the freshness of your coffee?
We roast our beans in small batches at our London roastery and ship them within 24-48 hours of roasting to ensure you receive the freshest possible product.
What is the shelf life of your coffee beans?
For the best flavor profile, we recommend consuming our coffee within 4 weeks of the roast date. However, unopened bags will remain fresh for up to 3 months when stored in a cool, dry place.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our specialty coffee worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Are your coffee pods compatible with my machine?
Our home-compostable coffee pods are fully compatible with standard Nespresso® coffee machines. They are not compatible with Vertuo, Nespresso® Professional, or built-in Miele machines.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on coffee beans or pods. However, if there is an issue with your order or damage during transit, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.
How does your coffee subscription work?
Our subscription service allows you to receive your favorite coffee on a recurring schedule. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
